Inspired by their family’s agricultural roots in the Spanish countryside, Noelia and Sandra have created GODMOTHER’S around the idea that what we consume and how we consume it can shape how we feel. Their philosophy brings together nature, ritual, aesthetics and a little everyday luxury.
Their signature ceremonial matcha is organically sourced from independent farms in Japan, using Okumidori and Saemidori cultivars from Uji and Kagoshima. The first-flush leaves are shade-grown, hand-harvested and stone-ground, creating a smooth, vibrant matcha with a balance of sweetness and umami.
GODMOTHER’S encourages us to step away from the relentless pace of modern life and make space for something slower: sifting the matcha, adding warm water, whisking it into a delicate foam and taking a few minutes before the day takes over.
GODMOTHER’s was founded by sisters Noelia and Sandra whose connection to nature began long before matcha.
Growing up in the Spanish countryside, they were surrounded by a family devoted to crops, harvests, and the rhythms of the land. From an early age, they learned that cultivation is not simply production – it is patience, care, tradition, and legacy.
That upbringing shaped the way they see the world today. They developed a deep respect for the hands behind every ingredient and for the delicate relationship between nature, craft, and time. Their curiosity naturally extended into plants, art, textures, and the beauty found in subtle details.
For Noelia and Sandra, GODMOTHER’S became a way of bringing those worlds together: nature and aesthetics, tradition and modernity, nourishment and pleasure.
