THE best easy banana cake – great gluten free too

This recipe started as the most popular cake at the PTA cake sale and has quickly become almost legendary.

When my friend recently had major surgery, this cake was her first request.

It is a cake more than a bread, but that doesn’t stop it being a great brunch option too.

So, as a gift, a cake sale offering, breakfast, afternoon tea or just because… this cake is your go to!
