Jack Bryant shares his thoughts on the art of living beautifully

This week we asked Jack Bryant all about The Art of Living Beautifully.

Jack’s work is centred around creating calm, supportive spaces where people can slow down and reconnect with themselves.

“What I share is shaped by a belief that wellbeing is found in the simple moments of presence rather than in striving or fixing.

“I value softness, honesty and listening to what the body and mind need in each moment. At its heart, this work is about offering space for you to arrive as you are and feel gently supported.” said Jack.

Jack creates moments for his community to reconnect through Wellness With La Rue –  a convenient, accessible, and affordable means to sustain a healthy routine for overall well-being.

“We offer Yoga classes both online and in-person at various pop up events and retreats across Norfolk and Suffolk. We also offer Reiki, Crystal, and Sound healing.” added Jack.

Over to Jack…

The art of living beautifully is an intentional practice of finding grace, meaning, and joy in everyday routines, spaces, and relationships.

Life is busy. That goes without saying. We are constantly overstimulated and always ON. How often do actually take time to sit and, literally, smell the roses?

To sit with our breath and our thoughts. To listen to the birds. I always try to appreciate the small moments. To take time for gratitude in my day.

Yes, going on an expensive holiday to your dream destination is amazing. However, we aren’t on holiday 24/7, 365. Therefore, I encourage you to look for the small joys in your life. I was recently away for a friend’s wedding in France, and while being in France is amazing, being away with my friends and family was also something to be grateful for.

The cheese. The wine. The bread. The new terrain and wildlife. Once we start looking for small joys, we’ll find that our own lives will become more beautiful by default.

Whether your version of living beautifully includes focusing on gratitude, or taking time for meditation, I believe the principle is the same. To calm the fluctuations of the mind and to focus on one thing at once. If you’re having a bad day, focus on your breath for a few minutes. Then feel gratitude for how easy breathing is. Or how easy it was just to focus on the trees blowing in the wind.

We can train our brains to seek out moments of positivity and joy, rather than focusing on moments of negativity.

I hope you enjoy the art of living beautifully.
