Karen charted her story in her debut book ‘The Angel’s Metamorphosis’ and a sequel ‘Voice of the Angel’. These books initiated a journey of personal transformation that now underpins Karen’s life calling, both as a best-selling spiritual author and personal transformation practitioner. Karen’s creative calling led to her also becoming a professional flamenco dancer with sell out performances at Sadler’s Wells, Peacock Theatre and Union Chapel in London, Folies Bergère and Casino de Paris, World Sufi Spirit Festival in India and the Marrakesh Biennale.
A true creative polymath, Karen has released multiple albums in English and French (nodding to Karen’s Moroccan heritage) fusing electronic, dance, pop and jazz with Grammy-award winning producers including the late Phil Ramone, Martin ‘Youth’ Glover and Tim Bran. In 2011 Karen set up the GREAT (Gender Rights Equality Action Trust) with broadcaster Mariella Frostrup, a charity that pushed for gender equality for women and girls around the world as well as educating boys in school on positive gender roles.
A leading global voice in healing, Karen now shares her own spiritual awakening with thousands via her own platform Inner Child Path with international live events, a social media platform, a new app and online workshops. Over the past three decades Karen has developed a powerful transformational approach that combines energetic work with music and movement and inner child healing, emotional integration and a deep personal insight.
