Living beautifully includes a wardrobe that’s beautiful for you. I’m not talking about a Pinterest worthy walk-in wardrobe, although that would be nice.
No, I am talking about a selection of clothes that work for you. That make getting dressed each morning simple and also brings joy with special pieces that define your personal style.
Sounds simple but, it takes a little bit of time and inspiration. I asked three very different but equally talented and stylish stylists
“What does a beautiful wardrobe look like to you?”

“For me a beautiful wardrobe contains things that bring me joy and make me smile when I wear them – a mix of well-worn pieces, with memories sewn into the seams combined with new items I can’t wait to wear.
“My favourite pair of Levis have travelled the world with me and have been worn for everything from school shows to nights out. My ultimate wish list item to wear with them would be a pair of Manolos – I love a simple top and rolled up jeans worn with an amazing shoe; effortless & elevated all in one go. It’s a combination that will never date (& that I’ll never get bored of!)
“It’s got to be the one-off vintage and charity shop finds that make my wardrobe feel extra special and unique, mixed with timeless basics to make those pieces more wearable for everyday life.
“In my opinion a beautiful wardrobe includes a good selection of core basics and a few key personality pieces. Personality pieces are the items that bring your wardrobe to life- they spark the joy and make even the simplest outfit feel entirely your own. Playful and expressive, sometimes bold, but always you.
“For me it includes beautiful basics and timeless treasures. I am then going to include a white t shirt and a necklace!”
