Yorkshire Hosts Official British Beauty Week Event at Grantley Hall

This is Yorkshire Beauty is once again bringing the national spotlight to Yorkshire’s thriving beauty scene.

In 2024 Dr Lubna Khan-Salim and Victoria Clapham, put Yorkshire firmly on the map with the first ever regional British Beauty Week event, and the duo are set to do the same this year, but even bigger and better.

This year’s event will take place on Friday 24th October at the exquisite Grantley Hall and is an opportunity for both industry professionals and beauty enthusiasts to celebrate and discover more about the thriving Yorkshire beauty scene.

This is Yorkshire Beauty is co-founded by Dr Khan-Salim, a cosmetic surgeon and longevity expert, and Victoria Clapham, business owner, and marketing and PR expert,  with a passion for regional business growth and community. Together, the pair are committed to raising the profile of Yorkshire’s world-class beauty and health talent, championing local businesses, and encouraging the region’s women to feel confident, empowered, and visible at every age.

Guests can expect a carefully curated programme of panel talks, live demonstrations, and one-on-one experiences with some of the UK’s most forward-thinking beauty and health brands. Topics will centre around the theme of ‘power’ covering longevity, oral health, skincare, menopause, holistic health, and the business of beauty. In keeping with the ethos of This is Yorkshire Beauty, the day will celebrate substance as well as style.

Attendees will also enjoy a delicious two course lunch, access to a beauty hall and an afternoon of experiential sessions with opportunities to engage directly with experts across aesthetics, skincare, and well-being.

“It was important to us that Yorkshire had a voice in this national celebration,” says Dr Lubna Khan-Salim. “Beauty isn’t just found in London. There’s an incredible wealth of expertise, innovation, and creativity in this region — and we’re proud to shine a light on it.”

The event is about more than products or treatments — it’s about visibility and representation.

“Yorkshire women are strong, smart, and stylish — but often underrepresented in the beauty narrative,” says co-founder Victoria Clapham. “This is our moment to change that, to give women here a space to feel seen, inspired, and celebrated.”

With limited tickets available, the event is expected to sell out quickly. Whether you’re a beauty lover, industry professional, or simply looking for a day of elegance and empowerment, The Power of Beauty  day is set to be a highlight of the regional event calendar.
